Description

Fluffy butter yellows and jade-green fingers of this little clumping succulent are a favourite in my garden. It Flowers stand on taller stalks above the leaves from late winter through spring; petals curve gently upwards, with a corolla that stands above them. Leaves are smooth and triangular growing from a thick rootstock. Species of this genus are rather difficult to distinguish from each other although B. scapiger seems to be the biggest of the genus. Plant in well-draining soils.
