Description

A common and popular succulent groundcover for hot, sunny beds. Grey-green leaves are fleshy and succulent, shaped like long-curving fingers growing from a central base. Plants spread quite quickly to cover a space, and can be split. Plants become woody over time and need replacing. This little Bulbine does best in well-draining soils. Multiply plants via cuttings or division. The gel-like juice of this species in particular is excellent for stings, bites, acne and cold sores.
