Description
After a long winter sleep, the Flame Lily grows rapidly pushing out long twining stems of glossy, bright green leaves in late spring. Striking red-orange to yellow claw-like flowers mass along the stems in summer. Initially yellow-green, flowers open to orange as petals open up. Provide support. Good pot plant. Needs summer water. All parts of this plant are poisonous. Deciduous, sun, frost hardy, moderate summer water.
